Esther is a 17 year old girl who came to camp with dreams outside of becoming a professional basketball player. She aspires to become a sports journalist. Esther approached our team with pages filled with her ideas and goals. She took the time to prepare interview questions for those who she wanted to interview at camp. We were so impressed at her level of preparation and tenacity, we invited her to support our media team and conduct interviews with players and coaches from each team, just like a sports journalist would do.
